My name is Henos, and I do marketing and real estate (most days, both).

I'm Henos Adhana, based here in the Seattle area. I have spent my career in marketing, helping businesses get found online and turn that into real growth. I have done it at agencies in New York and Seattle, for companies of every size, and even on web pages for NASA. If it means getting a business in front of the right people on Google and social, I have done it at a high level for years. I am not new to this.

Full Census is where I bring all of that home, to Washington adult family homes. And this one is personal. My family runs Serene Lynnwood, an adult family home I built the website and marketing for myself, and I watched it fill its first bed within a week of going live. I also built and run dearcarehome.com, the directory families use to find licensed adult family homes across Washington, so I know this world from both sides. I am also a licensed real estate agent here in Washington, so I understand property, families, and the weight of choosing where a loved one will live. I do not cut corners, I explain things in plain language, and I stay until it works.
